The Dodo Pad accepts Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Purchasing, Maestro, Solo and JCB. Payments are processed through SecureTrading, using Industry standard SSL https connections with 1024-bit certificate authentication and up to 168-bit sessions keys depending on browser capabilities.

When you place an order, your credit card number is encrypted in the software on our website and your details are only stored on a secure web server and are always encrypted throughout your transactions with us. Your card number is never held in clear text on any web site. When you place your order, we will charge your credit card and we will endeavour to dispatch your goods within, at most, three working days. If you are not using a sterling credit card to place your order, the sterling equivalent will be taken from your credit card account on the day that the order is processed. Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse Lord Dodo's Amazing Mall and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. If you change your mind, click on the shopping cart icon and adjust your order. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We can process any currency, but you will receive the currency equivalent of the UK sterling price on your credit card statement, not online. The dollar price shown in brackets is an approximate equivalent and we revise this regularly to reflect the prevailing exchange rate. Shipping & Handling Order Handling Due to recent steep increases in fuel and postal costs we have regrettably been forced to levy a £1.50 handling charge per delivery, for the time being, to help defray these increases. We hope to be able to remove this at a point where the surcharges we are being charged are removed or reduced. The only exception to this is where we have introduced a 'low order value' supplement of £2.95 if the value of your total goods ordered is less than £7.95. Any supplement/surcharge will be added automatically to your order at checkout. Please note that goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order but at peak times this may vary. UK Delivery Delivery to a United Kingdom address is generally by 2nd class Royal Mail post or 2-3 day courier service depending on weight and value of goods ordered. Royal Mail Special Delivery to a United Kingdom address If you wish to have your goods delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 1pm) please select this option during checkout. Orders must be placed by 10.30am (Monday - Friday) in order to qualify for Next Working Day service. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. This service is offered at cost and is based on total weight of goods. Please note: Orders weighing over 10kg will be dispatched via next working day courier service. Overseas Delivery If your order is to be delivered to an address outside the United Kingdom, please select Shipping Destination at checkout and choose the country where you wish to send your order. The overseas shipping supplement will be displayed automatically. For European delivery, the average charge is £1.95 per £10 worth of order value. For Rest of the World orders, the average charge is £2.95 per £10 worth of order value. For Low Order Value orders, the £2.95 supplement (see above) is incorporated into the non UK shipping charges.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible; this is normally well within 7- 14 days. International orders are generally received within no more than 21-28 days. Please include your order number and please ensure that you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
